Implementation Process

Roka Bioscience worked with Oracle partner GoEngineer, Inc. on the integration between the company’s Agile Product Lifecycle Management and JD Edwards EnterpriseOne environments. It conducted the integration in two phases. The first phase involved a single-direction integration between Agile applications and JD Edwards EnterpriseOne for parts and bills-of-materials data. The second phase involved bidirectional integration between the two environments for supplier, customer, and customer-case data. Roka Bioscience completed the initiative, including validation for ISO 9001, in January 2014.


GoEngineer, Inc. is an Oracle Specialized Partner for Agile PLM application implementations. It managed deployment of and hosts Roka Bioscience’s Agile environment. The firm used its JumpStart Agile accelerator to enable Roka Bioscience to configure and train on the system in just a few weeks.

Based on GoEngineer’s proven performance and expertise, the firm was the logical choice to design and complete Roka Bioscience’s Agile/JD Edwards EnterpriseOne integration initiative. In addition to architecting the integration and managing the process, GoEngineer worked closely with the Roka Bioscience team to ensure knowledge transfer.
