Varkens K.I. Nederland is part of the Coöperatie Pigture Group. The company is an active and progressive organization specializing in artificial insemination for pigs. Varkens K.I.Nederland’s research center researches how to improve fertility and optimize insemination success rates. Varkens K.I. Nederland was formed after the merger of three co-operative artificial insemination companies in 2008.   • Leveraged Oracle Business Intelligence Suite, Enterprise Edition—with all business processes meeting NEN (Dutch standards) and international organization for standards (ISO) requirements—to acquire full oversight regarding costs and performance for each site and the entire organization
  • Optimized management for all 10 sites where boars are located to produce semen for 2,500 sow farmers
  • Created an environment with full authorization control to grant 27 employees access to detailed financial information, which enables administrators to improve their departments and positively impact the entire company
