The group has grown from five companies in 2005 to a conglomerate of 11 companies in 2012, through corporate acquisitions.

Victoria Group AD wanted a consolidated reporting environment for its 11 operating businesses in eastern Europe to facilitate compliance with financial reporting mandates and improve insight for upper-level management. The company deployed Oracle Essbase to create a unified reporting platform, and this reduced financial reporting time after each period close from seven days to just two. Key decision-makers now benefit from daily dashboards that provide them with an integrated, high-level performance overview in five minutes. At a more granular level, business line managers, regional directors, sales managers, and product teams enjoy self-service, drill-down access to the specific information they need to unlock new insights that support better business planning.
