Preston Moore brings 20+ years of experience as the lead for North America and Latin America Industry Strategy and Insight team. Prior to joining Oracle, Mr. Moore was at McKinsey & Company where he was a leader and a core member of McKinsey's Operations Practice. He was responsible for the development and implementation of strategic strategies for Fortune 500 manufacturing and service companies. In addition to his consulting experience, Preston has worked at Quanex and Cummins Engine Company in various operations and finance roles including Controller, Divisional Operations Planning Manager and Assistant to the President. Mr. Moore holds an MBA degree from the University of Chicago's Graduate School of Business and a BA from Earlham.

Sharad brings 25 years of experience in consulting, business development and general management with global companies across many industries. He leads the Insight & Customer Strategy team across APAC and Japan, which assists clients in identifying key capability gaps and value realization to support their organizational strategies. His team focuses on helping customers identify and extract value from their business transformation, software implementation and Data Center initiatives. While at Oracle Sharad has worked with many large global companies to help them transform their business by evaluating corporate strategy, innovation effectiveness, and the implementation of shared service business models, identifying new technology based business opportunities that provide significant ROI and business value. Prior to Oracle, Sharad provided business strategy consulting with two firms—Booz Allen & Hamilton (now Booz & Co.) and Ernst & Young Strategic Advisory Services, advising clients on various strategic and operational issues across Asia, North America, EMEA and Australia. Sharad holds an MBA degree with Honors, specializing in Business Strategy, Finance and Marketing, from the University of Chicago's Graduate School of Business, and a Bachelor of Engineering degree with Honors from India.

Dr. Thomas Schüle brings 15 years of experience and leads the IT Strategy & Insight team in EMEA, with a focus on CIO decisions (i.e. infrastructure). Prior to joining Oracle Insight Dr. Schüle worked with Siebel Systems, advising clients on demand chain strategies. He has also worked for KPMG, where he was responsible for developing the company's CRM consulting practice. Dr. Schüle holds a Masters in Economics from the Albert-Ludwigs University in Freiburg and a PhD focused on the "Implementation of Growth Strategies in Sales."

Sudarshan Roongta currently leads Oracle's Industry Strategy & Insight program across EMEA. He brings over a decade of experience in strategy consulting, business development, and value selling across EMEA and APAC, and has helped customers realize value creation opportunities across a wide range of topics. Prior to Oracle, Mr. Roongta worked as a management consultant with The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he advised clients on business challenges ranging from shareholder value management and new business creation to performance improvement and business turnaround. He has also worked at Infosys Technologies and established Infosys' Life Sciences Practice in Europe. Mr. Roongta holds a MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad, and a Bachelors in Technology (Mechanical Engineering) from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kanpur.

Mark Stevens brings 20+ years of diverse business experience spanning multiple industries and functions as the lead of the Global Value Services team. Prior to joining Oracle, Mark was Senior Vice President at Internet consulting firm iXL Enterprises, where he led a team of more than 250 consulting professionals developing Internet strategies and custom software solutions for Fortune 500 companies. Prior to iXL, Mark was with BellSouth Corporation, serving in a range of marketing, strategic planning and operating roles, including Director of Strategic Planning and Vice President and General Manager of the company's Internet Yellow Pages business. Mark began his career as a Financial Analyst for The Coca-Cola Company. Mark holds an M.B.A. from The University of Chicago and a B.B.A. from The University of Georgia.

Scott is a seasoned business leader with 25+ years of experience in operations, consulting, business development and sales. At Oracle, he leads the Insight Global Scalability team, which supports the Oracle Sales organization on a global scale in business development automation ranging from account profiling to benchmarking and business case development. Scott has extensive experience in Value Selling; having developed value selling tools and methodologies, and worked on numerous engagements across most industries and solution areas. Prior to joining Oracle, Scott held roles in software sales, manufacturing management, and management consulting. Scott has earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago, a Masters of Science in Systems Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, and a Bachelors of Science in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University.

Susan brings 25 years of diverse experience working with sales executives, customers and a global team to develop processes and systems to effectively and efficiently execute a successful customer value oriented program. Her team focuses on the governance, infrastructure and processes to enable the program to scale to all regions and solution areas. In addition, Susan has personally worked with several Fortune 500 customers to identify and extract value from their business transformation and software implementation efforts. While at Oracle, Susan also managed Oracleâs industry marketing team which was responsible for developing industry specific messages, content and campaigns globally. Prior to Oracle, Susan has held roles in finance, accounting, sales, manufacturing operations and international marketing at Unisys and NCR Teradata. Susan holds a Master of Business Administration with concentration in Finance from San Diego State University and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Business and Journalism from San Diego State University.
