Harry Ghuman leads the global Industry Strategy and Insight Team. His team focuses on helping customers identify and extract value from their business transformation and software implementation efforts. Mr. Ghuman is a leading thinker in developing transformational strategies for companies using industry frameworks and reducing the time to market to implement new ideas. Mr. Ghuman has an MBA from University of Chicago, MS in Industrial and Systems Engineering from University of Southern California and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Panjab University.

Vice President, North America
Based in Redwood Shores
Preston Moore brings 20+ years of experience as the lead for North America and Latin America Industry Strategy and Insight team. Prior to joining Oracle, Mr. Moore was at McKinsey & Company where he was a leader and a core member of McKinsey's Operations Practice. He was responsible for the development and implementation of strategic strategies for Fortune 500 manufacturing and service companies. In addition to his consulting experience, Preston has worked at Quanex and Cummins Engine Company in various operations and finance roles including Controller, Divisional Operations Planning Manager and Assistant to the President. Mr. Moore holds an MBA degree from the University of Chicago's Graduate School of Business and a BA from Earlham.

Sharad Sinha leads the Japan and Asia Pacific Industry Strategy and Insight team with 18 years of experience. Prior to Oracle, Mr. Sinha provided business strategy consulting with two firms—Booz Allen & Hamilton and Ernst & Young Strategic Advisory Services, advising clients on various strategic and operational issues across Asia, North America, EMEA and Australia. Mr. Sinha holds an MBA degree with Honors, specializing in Business Strategy, Finance and Marketing, from the University of Chicago's Graduate School of Business, and a Bachelor of Engineering degree with Honors from India, with major in Mechanical Engineering and Minor in Electronics.

Vice President, EMEA IT Strategy & Insight
Based in Munich
Dr. Thomas Schüle brings 15 years of experience and leads the IT Strategy & Insight team in EMEA, with a focus on CIO decisions (i.e. infrastructure). Prior to joining Oracle Insight Dr. Schüle worked with Siebel Systems, advising clients on demand chain strategies. He has also worked for KPMG, where he was responsible for developing the company's CRM consulting practice. Dr. Schüle holds a Masters in Economics from the Albert-Ludwigs University in Freiburg and a PhD focused on the "Implementation of Growth Strategies in Sales."

Vice President, EMEA Industry Strategy
Based in Zurich
Sudarshan Roongta currently leads Oracle's Industry Strategy & Insight program across EMEA. He brings over a decade of experience in strategy consulting, business development, and value selling across EMEA and APAC, and has helped customers realize value creation opportunities across a wide range of topics. Prior to Oracle, Mr. Roongta worked as a management consultant with The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he advised clients on business challenges ranging from shareholder value management and new business creation to performance improvement and business turnaround. He has also worked at Infosys Technologies and established Infosys' Life Sciences Practice in Europe. Mr. Roongta holds a MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad, and a Bachelors in Technology (Mechanical Engineering) from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kanpur.
