Tender Offer Set to Expire on April 13

Oracle today announced that it has received all necessary regulatory clearances required to proceed with the acquisition of Hyperion Solutions Corporation (Nasdaq: HYSL). Oracle's tender offer is scheduled to expire at 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on Friday April 13, 2007.
