| |  | Executive Vice President Oracle Customer Services Juergen Rottler is Executive Vice President of Oracle Customer Services. Mr. Rottler is responsible for the Oracle On Demand business unit, overseeing Oracle’s transformation of the software industry by moving software delivery from the traditional offline model to an online software services model. Mr. Rottler is also responsible for the Oracle Support organization, which gives customers access to the most-advanced support organization in the world, and he oversees Oracle University and Oracle’s Global Information Technology division. The global support team drives better results for customers by helping deliver optimal performance for Oracle Applications, including Oracle’s PeopleSoft and Oracle’s JD Edwards product lines. Prior to joining Oracle in 2004, Mr. Rottler was employed with HP from 1986 to 2004. He most recently served as HP’s Senior Vice President of the Public Sector, Healthcare, and Education customer segment, where he was responsible for all aspects of public sector business, strategy, and brand management. Before joining HP, Mr. Rottler was Managing Director of Delphi Consulting Group. Mr. Rottler has a BS in computer science and business administration from Fachhochschule Furtwangen (Germany), and an MBA from Bentley College in Waltham, Massachusetts. |
