Oracle today announced that the acquisition of TimesTen, Inc. is complete. The acquisition was finalized on Friday, June 17, and integration of the two companies is moving ahead quickly. Oracle will host a town hall meeting for customers and partners on June 21, 2005 at 8:00 a.m. PDT/ 11:00 a.m. EDT.
