Oracle Academy Adds Oracle’s Siebel Customer Relationship Management Applications

Siebel CRM applications have been added to the growing list of offerings in the Oracle Academy’s Enterprise Business Applications program.
A total of 71 Siebel CRM applications, complemented with curriculum, presentations, and hands-on exercises, will now be available for educational institutions and universities who take part in the Oracle Academy.
The Oracle Academy’s Enterprise Business Applications program allows participating faculty members to integrate Oracle’s world-class software and curriculum into their courses and enhance their skills through first-class professional development opportunities.
The addition of the Siebel CRM offering will enable participating business schools to expose students to sales, marketing, and service applications used in industries such as finance, retail, telecommunications, healthcare, and manufacturing.
