Oracle announced Oracle® Sales Campaigns and Oracle Sales Library – two new Oracle Social CRM Applications built on the Oracle Social Applications Framework.
These applications help increase the productivity and effectiveness of salespeople by fostering collaboration from the bottom-up, and are designed to complement Oracle’s Siebel CRM and Oracle CRM On Demand to help increase salesperson productivity.
Oracle Sales Campaigns combines a graphical, intuitive application for creating high-quality sales campaigns with an array of social networking opportunities such as tagging, ratings and comments.
With Oracle Sales Campaigns, sales representatives can execute proven programs most likely to yield that deliver higher response rates and lead conversions, as well as quickly and easily generate, manage and analyze the effectiveness of their e-mail marketing campaigns.
Oracle Sales Campaigns includes embedded pre-built analytics to monitor email campaign responses and segments contacts based on their response.
Oracle Sales Library is a highly graphical and easy-to-use application for finding, assembling, downloading and sharing sales content.
With a rich set of social networking tools for rating, reviewing and tagging slides, Oracle Sales Library enables representatives across an organization to quickly and easily leverage the most-effective sales materials to close business quickly and save time without needing to build presentations from scratch.
Today’s announcement supports Oracle’s strategy of delivering complete, integrated and end-to-end product suites on an open, standards-based middleware and database architecture.
