Oracle Extends Partner Enablement Commitment with Oracle Accelerate Academy
Partners Gain Learning Tools and Services to Better Market and Sell Oracle Accelerate Solutions to Midsize Organizations

Oracle today announced the Oracle Accelerate Academy, a new training program that provides a learning curriculum and services to enable Oracle Partners to better market, sell and implement Oracle Accelerate solutions for midsize organizations.
Oracle Accelerate solutions for midsize organizations provide low-cost, pre-configured applications with a wide range of industry-specific functionality, allowing for rapid best-practice implementations and significantly reduced maintenance responsibilities. Currently, Oracle partners offer more than 200 Oracle Accelerate solutions, spanning 19 industries and 48 industry segments in 32 countries.
With the establishment of the Oracle Accelerate Academy, Oracle further demonstrates its commitment to partner success by providing the information, training and resources they need to better identify customer needs and deliver complete midsize solutions.
In addition to the new training program, Oracle has expanded its Oracle PartnerNetwork Knowledge Zones with a new enablement zone titled “Oracle Applications for Midsize Companies."
Enabling Partner Success
Unique in the industry, the Oracle Accelerate Academy provides training and services that allow partners to increase their level of proficiency on selling, marketing and implementing Oracle solutions and, in turn, better meet customer needs and grow their businesses.
Additionally, partners participating in Oracle Accelerate Academy will have the opportunity to apply their skills by engaging in joint marketing programs with Oracle and Oracle’s Accelerate partners.
Key components of the Oracle Accelerate Academy include:
A “Jump Start” program for new JD Edwards Value Added Resellers, which includes Oracle Accelerate Academy training and co-funded demand generation support from Oracle, HP and IBM.
Guided Learning Paths that will help partners increase their level of proficiency in core competency areas, including marketing, sales, implementation, and more.
Hardware product training from Oracle platform partners, enabling Accelerate partners to be better equipped to provide a complete hardware and applications solutions to customers.
