The new release of Oracle® Business Intelligence (BI) Applications is now certified with Oracle’s JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, Oracle announced today.

With the general availability of Oracle BI Applications Release 7.9.6 (read today’s related press release), organizations using JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Financial Management (versions 8.11SP1, 8.12, and 9.0) can more easily extend the value of their investments in Oracle Applications while improving visibility and alignment across financial and executive management teams.

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne is the latest of the Oracle Applications to be certified with Oracle BI Applications. Oracle BI Applications are also certified with the Oracle E-Business Suite (11i10 and R12), Oracle’s PeopleSoft Enterprise (8.9 and 9.0), and Oracle’s Siebel CRM (8.0 and 8.1.1).

A component of Oracle Fusion Middleware, Oracle BI Applications are comprehensive, prebuilt solutions that enable customers to achieve fast time to value by reducing deployment time and help lower overall total cost of ownership.

Oracle BI Enables JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Users to Improve Financial Insights and Performance

Oracle BI Applications Release 7.9.6 introduces an adapter that integrates Oracle Financial Analytics, an Oracle BI Application, with the Financials modules of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.

This integration enables JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Financial Management users to improve decision-making and financial performance with complete and timely information on their department's receivables, payables, expenses, and revenue contributions.

Oracle Financial Analytics delivers hundreds of key performance indicators and more than 200 reports out-of-the-box to help financial managers to improve cash flow, lower costs, and increase profitability.

With prebuilt Extraction, Transformation, and Load (ETL) maps for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Financial Management data, organizations will be able to deploy Oracle Financial Analytics more efficiently helping to achieve a rapid return on investment.

Oracle BI Applications modules are also available for Procurement and Spend, Human Resources, Project, Supply Chain and Order Management, Sales, Service, Marketing, Loyalty, Price, Contact Center Telephony, and a range of specialized industry analytics.
