Available immediately, this new service provides around-the-clock global support to Oracle’s 21,000 Oracle®PartnerNetwork (OPN) members via phone, email or a new global Twitter support channel, http://twitter.com/ORCLPartnerBiz, in more than 24 different languages and replaces previous regional partner call centers.
Highly-skilled Partner Business Consultants, stationed in four business centers around the globe, are now available to support partners’ daily needs, while helping them stay abreast of the latest Oracle partner and technology offerings and new opportunities to develop, deploy and sell Oracle technology.
Working closely with Oracle Sales, Support, Partner Enablement and Technical teams, Partner Business Consultants deliver quick, expert business and administrative support regarding resource and site navigation, membership updates, order placement, benefit administration, and technical support assistance – regardless of a partner’s time zone or location.
Personalized, proactive, globally consistent support services will also help partners effectively leverage Oracle partner training and support resources to achieve specialization.
Partners support will be tiered based on level, including:
Silver: Free inbound call and e-mail assistance, including support Service Request Logging
Gold: Pro-active outbound engagement including business and administrative support functions and priority renewal.
Platinum: Dedicated virtual account management and channels to optimize Oracle PartnerNetwork and Specialized benefits, development of joint business plans, and top priority renewal.
