Proactiv Chooses Oracle® Documaker for Automated Creation and Distribution of Insurance Documents

Proactiv, the division of Talanx AG that sells bancassurance products through partner financial institutions, has selected Oracle® Documaker , as the foundation for its new insurance marketing system, which will enable the company to support more agile business processes and reduce document creation, management and storage costs.

Oracle Documaker is the insurance industry’s leading solution for automated creation and production of insurance documents, as well as multi-channel document distribution.

Proactiv has been using Oracle Documaker as the document publishing system at CiV Versicherungen (partner of Citibank), one of its bancassurance partner institutions, since January 2007.

Proactiv will leverage Oracle Documaker’s scalability and robust capabilities to automate enterprisewide design, production and multi-channel distribution of numerous customer-facing insurance documents.

Proactiv plans to roll out its new insurance marketing system, of which Oracle Documaker is a core component, to CiV Versicherungen and its other bancassurance partner institutions, including PB Versicherungen (partner of Postbank) starting in 2010.
