Oracle was recognized for delivering sophisticated technical and field support for complex applications in mixed or otherwise complex environments.
Confirming the outstanding value and expertise customers receive from Oracle Customer Support and Services, this is the 15th STAR Award Oracle has been awarded since 2002.
In recognition of its cumulative STAR Award wins, Oracle was named to the STAR Awards Hall of Fame for a record-setting third time. Oracle is the first and only company to attain this status. Companies are awarded Hall of Fame membership after achieving five STAR Awards.
Oracle has received the highest number of awards from TSIA and continues to be recognized for excellence in helping customers maximize the business value of their Oracle implementations.
"We are pleased to see Oracle recognized by the TSIA for an unprecedented 15th time," said Rod Ely, director of Enterprise Applications, Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, Inc. "Oracle Customer Services has been with us from the beginning, helping us match the needs of the business with Oracle's range of offerings, from supporting database needs to determining which applications to deploy at what time to give us the maximum business benefit. This is an invaluable service."
“Receiving this level of recognition reinforces the value of Oracle support and re-emphasizes our collective commitment to the success of our customer’s Oracle software and system investments,” said Sunil Kumar, executive vice president of Oracle Customer Support. “This industry recognition is an important proof point of our organization’s unsurpassed commitment and capabilities in supporting customers.”
“Oracle is setting the pace for technology service and support organizations who must rise to face the realities of delivering world-class service and support in today's challenging economic climate," said J.B. Wood, CEO of TSIA. “Achieving Hall of Fame status for a record third time reinforces that the company has a long-standing focus and dedication to customer success.”
