Event to Kick Off Week of Partner Engagement; Geared to Help Partners Accelerate Innovation, Growth and Profitability with Oracle

The Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN) community is an integral part of Oracle’s success. Oracle is today announcing the second annual Oracle PartnerNetwork Exchange to help provide the more than 25,000 OPN members with the strategies and information they need to grow and profit with Oracle.
Oracle PartnerNetwork Exchange @ OpenWorld will provide partners with actionable content for FY14, enabling them to improve profitability in architecting, selling, and implementing Oracle solutions.
The five-day event, including partner-only sessions, networking opportunities, certification testing and more will provide partners with the information and tools they need to differentiate and grow their business with Oracle.
In a series of 40+ sessions, addressing strategic product areas including applications, engineered systems, industry solutions, Internet of Things, and the cloud, partners will have exclusive access to Oracle experts onsite to help them capitalize on Oracle’s extensive application-to-disk technology portfolio.
The conference will also offer partners an opportunity to participate in certification testing onsite for more than 125 OPN Specializations.
OPN Exchange @ OpenWorld will kick off Sunday, September 22 with a keynote including Oracle Executives from around the globe. The keynote will highlight partner successes across Oracle’s portfolio of offerings and celebrate Oracle’s award-winning partners and their customers.
Following the keynote, Oracle’s product executives will host exclusive, partner-only general sessions to discuss key selling strategies, critical product roadmap information, and unique opportunities for partners to grow their business.
The OPN Lounge will be available to partners Monday through Wednesday in the Moscone South Exhibition Hall, offering partners demo kiosks, OPN information stations, and a special area for blogging/video blogging in the OPN Video Blogging Room, as well as opportunities to network with colleagues, customers, prospects, and other industry professionals.
Back for the second year, OPN Exchange @ Oracle OpenWorld will also feature an enhanced Social Media Rally Station. The Station provides partners assessments and tools to help them better leverage modern communications channels, such as social media and blogs, to increase awareness and opportunity in the market.
Over 450 partners will be exhibiting in Moscone West and South. Five Partner Pavilions will enable partners to showcase their expertise and Specialized solutions based on Oracle technology in the following areas:
Cloud Solutions Pavilion: Features Oracle partners offering top solutions and services. Partners can launch and demo their products, promote their services and network with customers and prospects.
JD Edwards Pavilion: Co-located with JD Edwards breakout sessions, this pavilion hosts Oracle partners offering best-in-class solutions and services and enables them to consolidate their position to Oracle OpenWorld attendees as a key player in the JD Edwards space.
Mobile Enterprise Solutions Pavilion: Here, partners can showcase their latest mobile solutions and enable customers to leverage mobile investments to expand business opportunities and efficiency.
Oracle Hyperion Pavilion: Co-located with Oracle Hyperion breakout sessions, this pavilion offers an opportunity for partners to showcase their solutions and services to a targeted audience focused on learning about the best solutions for enterprise performance management.
Oracle Linux & Virtualization Pavilion: This pavilion will enable partners to highlight their solutions to a targeted audience interested in enterprise scale infrastructure solutions.
