PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 Feature Pack 2010 offers significant new features and capabilities to PeopleSoft 9.1 customers prior to their inclusion in PeopleSoft 9.2.
PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 Feature Pack 2010 includes the delivery of a new installation version, recertification of upgrade scripts, and a re-cut CD that gets customers upgrading from older releases to the most current version.

Company Directory provides configurable organization visualization and navigation capabilities that allow end users to create a personalized view of their company’s user directory.
Oracle’s PeopleSoft Talent Management 9.1 to PeopleSoft HCM Integrations connect PeopleSoft Talent Management 9.1 applications and earlier versions of PeopleSoft Human Resources applications.
Clairvia Healthcare Scheduling to HCM integration is available through a partnership with Clairvia. Clairvia is a staff and demand management solution that provides healthcare administrators with real-time visibility into staffing needs, helping customers improve employee productivity, reduce overtime and facilitate compliance.
Standardized U.S. Federal self-service transactions on common Approval Framework to help streamline the approvals process for making employee updates, including name changes, employee promotions and reassignments.
Flexibly configure different types of leave rules for Country, Federal, State, Local, and company-defined programs within the Extended Absence/Leave functionality.
In keeping with the latest technologies offered, heavily used Crystal Reports were rewritten using Oracle’s XML Publisher (BI Publisher).

PeopleSoft 9.1 was developed with feedback from more than 150 customers, and offers a broad range of new features designed to, increase user productivity, accelerate business performance, and lower the cost of ownership.
More than 1,000 customers recognize the value of PeopleSoft 9.1 and have implemented or are implementing the latest release, including The Dow Chemical Company, Papa John’s, the Defence Science and Technology Laboratory (Dstl) part of the UK Ministry of Defence (MOD), Portland General Electric, China Resources (Holdings) Co. Ltd., Premera Blue Cross and Husky Injection Molding Systems Ltd., who have upgraded from previous versions of the application suite.
