Oracle today announced the availability of Oracle® Healthcare Provider Supply Chain Analytics – the newest component of Oracle Enterprise Healthcare Analytics, a pre-built business intelligence and performance management foundation that helps healthcare organizations make informed decisions, drive cost savings, improve care quality, and meet Meaningful Use criteria.

With more than 200 pre-defined reports and healthcare-specific metrics, Oracle Healthcare Provider Supply Chain Analytics allows healthcare organizations to adopt an informed, proactive approach to supply chain management, helping them identify opportunities to reduce costs through strategic sourcing, improved supplier contracts, and tighter controls over procurement processes.

Using the solution’s highly configurable and easy-to-navigate dashboard, financial executives, supply chain managers and department heads can effectively measure supply chain performance against targets and budgets allowing them to implement new procurement policies, restructure supplier contracts or revise processes.

Oracle Healthcare Provider Supply Chain Analytics speeds time to deployment and accelerates return on investment with features such as: pre-built dashboards, reporting tables and charts, as well as a data mart that features pre-defined facts and dimensions to deliver insight to executives and department managers without the need for additional coding or configuration.
