Oracle Receives Highest Possible Rating for Sales Force Automation in the Consumer Goods Industry by Leading Analyst Firm

Gartner, Inc. has given Oracle a rating of “Strong Positive,” the highest possible rating, in its report “MarketScope for Sales Force Automation in the Consumer Goods Industry.” (1)
In the research, Gartner identifies six categories for enabling the key field sales processes in consumer goods, including: category management, trade promotion management, trade promotion optimization, volume planning, retail execution and monitoring, and settlement.
