Redwood Shores, Calif. – August 23, 2011
To broaden support for global HR and help increase employee productivity, Oracle today announced early delivery of features for Oracle’s PeopleSoft 9.1 associated with PeopleSoft HCM Feature Pack 2011.
Oracle is now offering new features in PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) 9.1 designed to support global payment standards (SEPA), improve employee visibility into their total compensation, support established standards for Learning Management, and facilitate deployment of PeopleSoft Time & Labor.
These features are being made available as part of Oracle’s Feature Packs delivery method, which underscores its commitment to provide fresh functionality between major releases. The new features in PeopleSoft Enterprise HCM help customers on the current release tackle their pressing HR and business challenges in a more immediate timeframe.
New PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 Features and Details
Oracle's PeopleSoft HCM is a global core HCM system that combines time-saving workforce management with integrated talent management to help leading organizations unlock the full value of their talent.
Oracle is delivering the following new capabilities for PeopleSoft HCM 9.1:
PeopleSoft HCM Global Payroll 9.1 has been updated with functionality to manage payroll payments according to Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA) standards. The integration of SEPA directly into PeopleSoft is designed to help organizations to save time and resources for making payments across European borders.
PeopleSoft Total Rewards Statement 9.1 helps customers to motivate employees with a personalized, comprehensive view of compensation and benefits that aggregates data from multiple sources.
PeopleSoft Time and Labor 9.1 Templates Made Available enables the technical user to create new template-built rules online. This helps streamline efforts required to customize rules, with pre-built content and more flexible rules.
“Our customers have told us that they don’t want to wait for major releases to get new functionality required to support business evolution,” said John Webb, vice president, Oracle’s PeopleSoft. “We’re regularly updating Oracle’s PeopleSoft 9.1 with new features so our customers do not have to wait for an upgrade to receive capabilities that are critical to their businesses.”
