The latest HCM report from AMR Research (The Human Capital Management Applications Report, 2005-2010) ranks Oracle as the market leader in the space by revenue, overtaking SAP. In 2005, AMR says Oracle held a 26% share in HCM revenue versus SAP's 23%.
