Over the last decade, mineral wealth coupled with rising political stability has led to an economic boom in Ghana, West Africa. Today, Ghana is one of the fastest-growing economies in the world. The star of this emerging economy is Ghana’s burgeoning information and communications technology sector, which is set to be transformed by the construction of a massive technology hub called Hope City outside of the capital, Accra.
