Oracle Publishing appreciates and values our subscribers to Oracle and Profit magazines. Subscriptions are complimentary for qualified individuals who complete the subscription card found in each issue or online at or (and also online at the customer service websites listed at the end of this policy). In order to serve you better, we have developed this privacy policy to inform you of our practices related to the personal information that you may provide us in connection with our publications. This policy covers both our online and offline practices related to magazine subscription information for Oracle and Profit magazines.

The Personal Information We Collect:

As part of the subscription process, Oracle Publishing collects the following personal information: name, job title, company name, address, phone, fax, and e-mail address. Our subscribers determine the appropriate contact information (home or business). We may also associate other information with your personal information, such as product interests and industry sectors. The information may be provided through online forms, printed subscription cards, and by telephone.

How We Use This Information:

Oracle Publishing uses the information we collect primarily to deliver the magazines and service your subscription (including the renewal process).

Oracle Publishing also offers interested subscribers the opportunity to opt into sharing your information with our partners for special promotions and announcements. Should you wish to remove yourself from this list, please use the profile management features described in the next section.

Oracle Publishing uses third parties to help provide the fulfillment and mailing services for partner communications. These third parties also act as list brokers so that partners can direct their communications to those subscribers who are most likely to be interested in their product or service offerings. Bonded mailing houses are used to send out partner mails, so that subscriber contact information is not directly provided to the partner. Partners may also pay fees to Oracle for access to subscriber lists as outlined above in order to help defray the costs of Oracle's complimentary publications.

How You Can Update Your Subscription Information and Preferences or Raise Privacy Issues:

You may update your subscription information via the Internet using the online subscription forms hosted by our third-party fulfillment house, Hallmark Data Systems.
