Track #1 – Social Leaders: CMO/Marketing Executive & Social Relationship Management
Social marketing has moved beyond the CMO's office to the entire organization. In this track, we will discuss topics instrumental to decision makers as social brings key parts of the enterprise organization together. Panel sessions will cover all aspects of the social space including emerging platforms and technologies, today's multichannel world, big data, social CRM, and much more.

11:15 a.m. Session 1: Can Money buy Love?
A well thought out social media strategy includes a plan on how paid media will support owned and earned media. This session will focus on the value of paid media social best practices. It will give decision makers insights and recommendations on how to make paid and earned investments work in harmony - challenges, case study, and future plans.

A deep dive into understanding and maximizing the impact of POEM from a content management perspective. Focus on Facebook and Twitter.

Facebook is betting their future on the Open Graph which captures the relationships between people, the content they share, and the applications they engage with. Companies can leverage the open graph to create the most innovative experiences on the platform while gaining insight into user's behaviors and interests. In this session, we'll explain how Open Graph works and how you can get started integrating it into your apps.
