At this year's Oracle OpenWorld, more than 60,000 attendees had a chance to see 3,500 speakers, 2,500 sessions, 500 Oracle partners, and 400 product demonstrations.

Among the big announcements: Larry Ellison explained the Oracle Database 12c In-Memory Database and M6 Big Memory Machine, Edward Screven, Oracle chief corporate architect, declared Oracle the Internet of Things platform, and Oracle expanded further into the Cloud with 10 new services, Oh, and Oracle TEAM USA’s against-all-odds victory in the America’s Cup.
