On Tap at Alliance 2013: Deep Dives into Oracle Technologies and Product Roadmaps
More than 3,000 people are expected to attend Alliance 2013, the largest meeting of higher-education, public sector, and federal users of Oracle applications in the world. Running from March 17 to 21 in the Indy International Convention Center in Indianapolis, Indiana, the conference is an opportunity for Oracle customers to network with other users and Oracle executives in the education and research industries. In addition to discussing successes achieved using Oracle technology, users can share industry best practices about the challenges they’ve overcome by leveraging Oracle solutions.
Aimed at fostering collaboration among attendees and Oracle leaders, the event will feature more than 450 formal sessions, including technical presentations, product updates from Oracle product managers, and case studies by end users. In all, 25 tracks will cover Oracle’s PeopleSoft, Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Fusion Applications, Oracle Business Analytics, and other solutions.

PeopleSoft EPM Applications in Release 9.1: Overview and Roadmap
Monday, March 18, from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
This presentation will cover new capabilities in PeopleSoft Financials, PeopleSoft Human Capital Management, and PeopleSoft Campus Solutions Warehouse. It will also provide an overview of new enhancements for PeopleSoft analytic applications, such as PeopleSoft Planning and Budgeting and PeopleSoft Global Consolidations. In addition, the session previews the roadmap beyond release 9.1 of the PeopleSoft EPM applications.
Oracle Fusion Applications: Overview and Update
Monday, March 18, from 9:15 a.m. to 10:15 a.m.
Oracle Fusion Applications were designed using best practices gathered from thousands of customers and built using open standards and the latest technology. Members of Oracle’s senior Oracle Fusion leadership team will discuss the functional capabilities of Oracle Fusion Applications and help attendees understand how the applications can streamline their organizations.
Oracle Hyperion Planning Applications: Introduction, Update, Strategy, and Roadmap
Monday, March 18, from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
This session introduces Oracle Hyperion Planning and Hyperion Public Sector Planning and Budgeting, which includes employee budgeting functionality and decision packages. The presentation will also provide an update on the product strategy and roadmap for these applications.
