Oracle OpenWorld 2013 Explores Innovations for Empowering CFOs

As finance managers assume a more strategic role in today’s enterprises, senior executives increasingly turn to finance professionals to help guide strategy development and performance management improvements across organizations. The result: CFOs are becoming business catalysts to manage change and provide expertise and ideas. This trend is examined in the new article “Empowering the Modern Finance Organization,” available on Oracle’s C-Central, an exclusive website devoted to senior executives.

The evolving role of finance managers and the technologies they can leverage for competitive advantage are highlighted topics at the upcoming Oracle OpenWorld 2013, which runs from September 22 to 26 in San Francisco, California.
