Oracle FLEXCUBE 12.0: Innovation and Superior Customer Experience

In an increasingly competitive environment where customers have high expectations about accessing new financial products, banks are challenged to quickly deliver innovative, customer-focused services and provide a consistent experience for customers across all interaction channels.

Oracle designed the latest version of Oracle FLEXCUBE to meet these growing needs across core banking, wealth management, and online banking solutions. Oracle FLEXCUBE 12.0 delivers a consistent and personalized customer experience through a combination of enhanced self-service and assisted support tools that are available across channels, ranging from physical facilities to Websites and call centers.

The new version is certified to run on Oracle Exadata Database Machine, Oracle Exalogic Elastic Cloud, and Oracle's SPARC T4 servers. It is also designed to operate on Oracle Fusion Middleware, Oracle Database 11g, and Oracle Database options, including virtualization.

New capabilities in Oracle FLEXCUBE 12.0 include
  • Built-in integration with Oracle ATG Web Commerce applications to enable click-to-chat tools and immediate personal service for internet banking customers
  • Embedded business intelligence for a complete view of customers
  • A new, open development environment and tool kits for creating custom user interfaces business-process integrations
  • Personalized self-service options, including dashboards, alerts, and reminders to enhance customer experience
  • Advanced mobile banking capabilities and enhanced apps for iPhone and iPad users
Upgrade Ease

The standard integrations that come with Oracle FLEXCUBE 12.0 make its capabilities available simultaneously across core banking, wealth management, and online banking solutions. These upfront integrations also speed and simplify future upgrades.

In addition, Oracle FLEXCUBE Development Workbench for Direct and Mobile Banking frees banks from multiple device upgrades and provides an integrated approach for developing applications once and deploying them across multiple devices.
