Avoid the Risks of Cloud-Based HCM with Oracle Fusion Applications

Many HR organizations today are struggling with HCM systems that fall short when it comes to meeting the strategic demands of managing a talented workforce. This helps explain why 84 percent of HR executives are currently considering fundamental changes to their HCM operations, according to research by Deloitte Consulting.

The report, Human Capital Trends 2011: Evolution/Revolution, also says that HCM executives say cloud-based solutions can bring big changes to HCM departments by making them more responsive and competitive.
