With more than 30 scheduled sessions, five live demos, and five hands-on labs focused on Oracle WebCenter, Oracle OpenWorld 2013 will provide wide-ranging insights into both recent developments and the future direction of Oracle WebCenter.

This year's conference—which takes place in San Francisco September 22 to 26—highlights Oracle WebCenter as the center of engagement for the enterprise, connecting customers and employees as well as partners and prospects. Specific themes include
  • Content. Linking content to business processes and applications.
  • Portals. Innovative ways to leverage personalized self-service portals and integrated business workspaces.
  • Sites. Making digital experiences core to business success.
Besides big-picture strategy, the conference also provides real-world sharing between customers and industry experts, partners, and members of the Oracle WebCenter team.

"Oracle OpenWorld is the event for customers to come hear and see what's new and what's next for Oracle WebCenter products—from product vision to line-of-business adoption to technical implementation best practices," says Jon Huang, director of product management, Oracle WebCenter.

In particular, Huang recommends the following strategy and vision sessions, which explore the next level of innovations happening in Oracle WebCenter solutions.
