Midsize Service Companies Accelerate Growth with Oracle Cloud Solutions

It’s no secret that competition is tougher than ever for midsize service companies, which must find new ways to differentiate themselves from competitors in the years ahead. But these efforts can be hampered by outdated systems that don’t address today’s challenges. As a result, service organizations are turning to industry-leading cloud-based financial, project management, and talent management applications, such as Oracle Cloud Solutions to manage costs and margins and adapt to the changing economy.

For example, in “Predicts 2014: The Rise of the Postmodern ERP and Enterprise Applications World"1 Gartner, Inc. forecasts that by 2018, at least 30 percent of service-centric companies will move the majority of their enterprise resource planning applications to the cloud.

These applications will directly address three fundamental requirements for midsize service companies.

  • Improving service delivery
  • Growing the business
  • Attracting, hiring, retaining, and motivating top talent
