| You should have received the Order Activation email. Kindly share this email with the users. Using the Order activation email users can activate the order. (Also See: “How do I activate an Order?” in Order related queries) | | |
| Even if you don't have 25 users, the Passport Package may still be the most cost effective option. For example, if you have only 10 users who each will take 5 courses in the one year subscription period, that equates to 50 courses. The equivalent training unit value of 50 courses is about 50 units. A Passport Package for 25 users is only 40 units, resulting a savings of 5 units. Your organization has unlimited access to all the courses and it provides an opportunity to train users who may not have otherwise received training. | | |
| You will have access to complete and review your OnDemand course for one calendar year from the date of enrollment. | | |

The practice instructions supplied in most eClasses are written for Oracle products running on the Microsoft Windows platform. The directory and filenames referenced in the commands in the practice instructions reference the Microsoft Windows operating system. However, simply changing the directory and filename references to match the operating system you are using (i.e. UNIX, LINUX, and so on.) will allow all the commands to work properly on your operating system platform. Most eClass practice instructions are written for the the Microsoft Windows platform because this is the most common, affordable platform available to our customers. To complete the practice instructions in the courseware, you must have access to the Oracle product software environment that is the subject of the online course. For example, if you are taking a course on Oracle9i Database Administration, you must have access to an Oracle9i database. If you are taking a course on Oracle Applications 11i, you must have access to an Oracle Application Vision database or comparable training or test instance at your site on which to complete the practice instructions. You can download the latest trial version of Oracle software from the Oracle Technology Network at www.oracle.com/technetwork/indexes/downloads/index.html. Support for Oracle software installation is available from Oracle Technology Network Site at https://support.oracle.com. Any additional software requirements beyond the Oracle software installation will be listed in the practice instructions for each eClass. | | |
