- Oracle Communications Messaging Manager—A centralized messaging solution that brings unique value to both originating and terminating Short Message Service (SMS) messages. Providing interoperability with other media, such as Instant Messaging and e-mail, Oracle Communications Messaging Manager offers a broad range of message processing capabilities at the network and service layers. It also offers as an extensive portfolio of routing capabilities.
