On June 1, 2011, Elite, a Thomson Reuters business, acquired select assets of Oracle Legal Services, including Whitehill Enterprise and Whitehill Pre-Bill. These solutions provide billing review, workflow and automation solutions for the legal market. Elite is part of the Business of Law unit of Thomson Reuters, and a leading global provider of integrated financial and practice management systems and consulting services to the legal industry and other professional services markets. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
