These errors usually mean that your computer could not connect to the computer that serves the video (the server). These errors can also occur if the computer is behind a firewall that has not been configured to allow access to streaming video or that the link you clicked on is out-of-date.
1. Try clearing browser cache
Internet Explorer Select Tools Menu > Internet Options > Temporary Internet Files Section > Click 'Delete Files' button Quit / Exit your browser and try the link again.
Firefox Select Tools Menu > Options > Advanced > Network Tab > Offline Storage Section > Click 'Clear Now' button Quit / Exit your browser and try the link again.
Safari (Mac) Pull down the Safari menu and select 'empty cache' Quit / Exit your browser and try the link again.
