SOLVING PLAYBACK PROBLEMS

Why does the video play, but with pauses, or buffering?
This is most likely due to congestion on your network. Please return to watch the show on demand if the buffering continues.

What do I do if I see an error message like, "Requested file not found. The link you followed may be outdated or inaccurate"; "Cannot connect to server"; "Unable to connect to server"; or other similar errors?
These errors usually mean that your computer could not connect to the computer that serves the video (the server). These errors can also occur if the computer is behind a firewall that has not been configured to allow access to streaming video or that the link you clicked on is out-of-date.

1. Try clearing browser cache

Internet Explorer
Select Tools Menu > Internet Options > Temporary Internet Files Section >
Click 'Delete Files' button
Quit / Exit your browser and try the link again.

Firefox
Select Tools Menu > Options > Advanced > Network Tab > Offline Storage Section > Click 'Clear Now' button
Quit / Exit your browser and try the link again.

Safari (Mac)
Pull down the Safari menu and select 'empty cache'
Quit / Exit your browser and try the link again.
