Street and Lane Closures
Oracle thanks San Francisco and the Yerba Buena Alliance for supporting Oracle OpenWorld and welcoming tens of thousands of Oracle customers and partners to the city for five days of education and networking.
In order to accommodate the size of this year’s Oracle OpenWorld, Howard Street will be closed between Third and Fourth Streets from 8:00 p.m. Thursday, October 8 through 8:00 p.m. Friday, October 16, 2009. Additional streets in the Moscone Center area will be closed intermittently. Please note the details below.
Full Street Closure
Howard Street between Third and Fourth Streets - Full Street Closure- Street closure begins Thursday, October 8 at 8:00 p.m.
- Street reopens Friday, October 16 at 8:00 p.m.
Partial Street Closures
Howard Street Between Fourth and Fifth Streets - Northern Parking LaneHoward Street Between Fourth and Fifth Streets - Two Northern Traffic Lanes
Fourth Street between Minna and Howard Streets - Western Curb Lane
- Lane closures begin Saturday, October 10 at 6:00 a.m.
- Lane closures end Thursday, October 15 at 8:00 p.m.
Fourth Street Between Howard and Moscone Loading Dock Entrance - Eastern Lane
Daily Closure from 5:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
- Daily lane closure begins Friday, October 9 at 5:00 a.m.
- Daily lane closure ends Friday, October 16 at 3:00 p.m.
