The EOUC is the EMEA Oracle User Group Community, represented by the Presidents of the various user groups within the EMEA region. In turn, the Presidents have elected two spokespeople to represent the community. EOUC membership has many benefits including networking and sharing best practices between groups, help for emerging user groups, access to timely and relevant information only available to the user group community and ability to participate in IOUC committees and initiatives which provide direct feedback and direction to Oracle's products and services. The 16,000-member Higher Education User Group (HEUG) is open to all Oracle higher education institutions worldwide who use Oracle applications. Membership is free.
