Asia Pacific Oracle Usergroup Community

EMEA Oracle User Group Community

The EOUC is the EMEA Oracle User Group Community, represented by the Presidents of the various user groups within the EMEA region. In turn, the Presidents have elected two spokespeople to represent the community. EOUC membership has many benefits including networking and sharing best practices between groups, help for emerging user groups, access to timely and relevant information only available to the user group community and ability to participate in IOUC committees and initiatives which provide direct feedback and direction to Oracle's products and services. Higher Education Users Group

The 16,000-member Higher Education User Group (HEUG) is open to all Oracle higher education institutions worldwide who use Oracle applications. Membership is free. Independent Oracle Users Group

The Independent Oracle Users Group (IOUG) was founded in 1993 as an independent membership organization that empowers Oracle technology and database users to enhance productivity, better solve business issues, and have a voice to Oracle on product technology directions. Oracle HCM Users Group

The Oracle HCM Users Group (OHUG) is an organization devoted exclusively to providing users with valuable insight into Oracle and PeopleSoft human capital management (HCM) applications. Membership is free.

Since its inception in 1998, OHUG has provided users with a forum to interface directly with Oracle executives, product managers, development, and support, offering firsthand knowledge of new functionality directly from the source.
