Pavilion Information
If you are exhibiting in an Oracle OpenWorld Pavilion or Lounge, you need to submit demo kiosk signage and upload your company logo by July 30. In order to access these forms, go to the Exhibitor Workspace, Exhibitor Tasks section.

Exhibitor Workspace
The new Oracle OpenWorld 2009 Exhibitor Workspace is your one-stop portal for managing all aspects of your participation at Oracle OpenWorld.
The Exhibitor Workspace is where you'll manage your deliverables, including your Event Profile, hotel room block requests, logo uploads (if applicable); update your company contacts; access your Full Conference Pass Priority Code; manage your exhibit logistics using the Exhibitor Services Kit; and much, much more.
This area is password-protected—if you are not your company's designated primary contact, you may contact that individual for Exhibitor Workspace access or e-mail openworldpartner_us@oracle.com.
Champion Exposition Services
Champion Exposition Services is the general contractor for Oracle OpenWorld San Francisco 2009. Champion is your source for essential services at Oracle OpenWorld, from ordering items for your booth to providing an online Exhibitor Services Kit. In order to place online orders, your company's primary event contact will receive via e-mail the Oracle OpenWorld show code, a user ID, and a password. This information will give your primary event contact access to the Champion Online ordering system.
