During the first 10 years, I was part of premium support, assisting customers at their sites and also performing customer account management. I have been with the CRM group for the last 5 years, supporting Contracts and Lease and Finance Management. I am currently the product lead for the Lease and Finance Management product. Bastidas has also worked on engineering and integration development teams at Oracle. Silvio Martinez has been a member of Oracle Support for 17 years. Over the years, Martinez worked as on-site support helping with installations, SQL and PL/SQL, database administration, backup and recovery, advanced replication, tuning, and Oracle development tools. He was part of several technical escalations teams including the Advanced Resolution team, where he dealt with advanced replication, distributed transactions, backup and recovery internals, internal errors (ORA-7445/ORA-600), and DB/SGA corruptions; he then moved to the High Availability BDE team, working closely with Oracle development on similar issues. Martinez is the global technical leader in database corruptions.
