*Government Rate Eligibility:
The Government Rate is open to bona fide employees of a national/federal, state, provincial, or local government entity, including public higher education institutions. U.S. and Canadian attendees registering under the Government rate will be required to show their employee-issued government ID or other proof of government employment during check-in at Moscone Center. Attendees outside the U.S. and Canada registering under the Government Rate will be required to fax or e-mail proof of government employee status (copy of government photo ID or a letter on official company letterhead stating that they are an employee of their organization) to the Oracle OpenWorld registration team in order to receive the discounted rate. Oracle may, at its sole discretion, charge the full conference amount to anyone not satisfying these requirements.

All registrants must be registered from the same company and preferably complete their registration on the same day for your company to qualify for one (1) free Full Conference registration. You will need to contact the Oracle OpenWorld 2010 Help Desk with the unique reference ID numbers from each registrant to receive your one (1) free pass. Cancellations
- Full Refund: Cancellations must be received by 5:00 p.m. (PST) on July 30, 2010.
- 50% Refund: Cancellations must be received between July 31, 2010 and August 20, 2010.
- No refunds will be given for cancellations received after 5:00 p.m. (PST) on August 20, 2010.
Refund policy does not apply to packages with no registration fees. Cancellation of travel reservations and hotel reservations is the exclusive responsibility of the registrant.
Refund policy does not apply to add-ons. Registration add-on packages are fully refundable; however, the following conditions apply:
- Refunds will be given for add-on packages only for attendees whose registration is canceled or who are a no-show.
- Refunds will not be given if the add-on package has been opened or accessed.
- Refunds will not be given for the "conference materials" add-on if those materials are picked up onsite.
Substitutions
Substitutions must be requested in writing to the Oracle OpenWorld 2010 Registration Office at OpenWorldReg@eventreg.com with the names of both the original and substitute registrant. All requests for substitutions must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. (PST) on September 17, 2010. Onsite substitutions will incur a $100 processing fee.
