MySQL Sunday Registration

Registration for MySQL Sunday on September 19 is incorporated into the conference registration process for Oracle OpenWorld, JavaOne, and Oracle Develop. During your registration for the conference or conferences of your choice, you will be prompted to register for MySQL Day.

Cancellation and Substitution Information

Cancellations

  • Full Refund: Cancellations must be received by 5:00 p.m. (PST) on July 30, 2010.
  • 50% Refund: Cancellations must be received between July 31, 2010 and August 20, 2010.
  • No refunds will be given for cancellations received after 5:00 p.m. (PST) on August 20, 2010.

All cancellations must be received in writing. Fax your cancellation notice to +1.650.226.0840 or e-mail us at openworldreg@eventreg.com.

Refund policy only applies to packages with a registration fee. Cancellation of travel reservations and hotel reservations is the exclusive responsibility of the registrant.

Refund policy does not apply to add-ons. Registration add-on packages are fully refundable; however, the following conditions apply:

  1. Refunds will be given for add-on packages only for attendees whose registration is canceled prior to August 20, 2010.
  2. Refunds will not be given for attendees who don't pick up their badge credentials onsite.
  3. Refunds will not be given if the add-on package has been opened or accessed.
  4. Refunds will not be given for the "conference materials" add-on if those materials are picked up onsite.

Substitutions

Substitutions must be requested in writing to the Oracle OpenWorld 2010 Registration Help Desk at OpenWorldReg@eventreg.com with the names of both the original and substitute registrant. All requests for substitutions must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. (PST) on September 17, 2010. Onsite substitutions will incur a $100 processing fee.
