Oracle OpenWorld Registration

All exhibitors and sponsors must register prior to arriving at Oracle OpenWorld San Francisco 2009. Select your exhibiting company name and follow the instructions on the registration form.

 Exhibitor Registration

When you register, your information is forwarded through an approval process. When approved, you will receive an e-mail confirming your registration and housing details. Please be advised that Oracle OpenWorld occupies the majority of hotel space in the San Francisco area. We recommend that you book your accommodations and flights as soon as possible. The attendance for this event is expected to be very high, and hotels in the City and preferred flights to the Bay Area are expected to be quite full.

Oracle employees should visit the Oracle OpenWorld 2009 section of MyOracle in mid-May for details on how to register for the conference. All employee registrations are subject to management approval.

Employee registration closes October 5, 2009 at 5:00 p.m. (PST)

Oracle OpenWorld On Demand allows users to:

• Search keynotes by attributes including the spoken word; keynotes available with synchronized video, slides, scrolling transcripts, and downloadable MP3s and MP4s.
• Comment and rate presentations online and post your own user-generated content.
• Blog, participate in communities, and network with your peers.
• Presentations will be available on Oracle OpenWorld On Demand 24 hours after they are made at the conference.

Cancellations

• Full Refund: Cancellations must be received by 5:00 p.m. (PST) on August 14, 2009.
• 50% Refund: Cancellations must be received between August 15, 2009 and September 11, 2009.
• No refunds will be given for cancellations received after 5:00 p.m. (PST) on September 11, 2009.

Refund policy does not apply to packages with no registration fees. Cancellation of travel reservations and hotel reservations is the exclusive responsibility of the registrant.

Registration Add-on packages are fully refundable; however, the following conditions apply:

1. Refunds will be given for Add-on packages only for attendees whose registration is canceled or who are a no-show.
2. Refunds will not be given if the Add-on package has been opened or accessed.
3. Refunds will not be given for the "Conference Materials" Add-on if those materials are picked up onsite.

Substitutions

Substitutions must be requested in writing to the Oracle OpenWorld 2009 Registration Office at OpenWorldReg@eventreg.com with the names of both the original and substitute registrant. All requests for substitutions must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. (PST) on October 9, 2009. Onsite substitutions will incur a $100 processing fee.
