Pre-built Integrations

Oracle Application Integration Architecture (AIA) delivers pre-built integrations as either direct integrations or process integrations packs.

• Direct Integrations (DI): Pre-built integrations that manage data flows and data synchronizations between Applications.
• Process Integration Packs (PIPs): Pre-built integration accelerators combine one or more of the integration styles such as data-centric integration, web services, reference data query, and/or process-centric integrations. They leverage the design patterns, methodologies and common objects and services as defined within Oracle AIA Foundation Pack.

Oracle AIA provides an open, standards-based approach for organizations to integrate end-to-end business processes across a broad range of custom, Oracle or third-party applications.

• Design to Release for Process Manufacturing: Oracle Design-to-Release Integration Pack for Agile Product Lifecycle Management for Process and Oracle Process Manufacturing is an open standards-based pre-built, best practice integration process that is configurable and extensible to meet your unique process needs. The pre-built integration accelerator supports enterprise processes that connect the PLM product record and recipes in Oracle Agile Product Lifecycle Management for Process with the Oracle E-Business Suite Process Manufacturing. • Design to Release for Discrete Manufacturing: Oracle's Agile Product Lifecycle Management to Oracle's JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and to Oracle E-Business Suite - allows companies to control new product introductions, product innovations, and product revisions from the initial design to the release to the manufacturing floor using standard approval processes. • Life Sciences: Oracle Application Integration Architecture has introduced two new pre-built integrations into its portfolio of integrations for the LifeSciences industry segment: Oracle Serialization and Tracking Integration Pack combine the product serialization and pedigree management capabilities of Oracle Pedigree and Serialization Manager with the Oracle E-Business Suite's inventory, manufacturing and order management applications.
