    - Only versions 9 and 10 have been certified. Version 8 is supported, but it should be noted that some users have reported performance degradation when using version 8 with OTM Release 6.3 and higher
    - At the time of this publication, IE 10 is not supported with OBIEE.

  • Google Chrome 34+
    - OTM is certified with the latest version of Chrome available at the time of release, version 34. Because of Chrome's policy of automatically updating itself whenever a new release is available, issues that occur in newer versions of the browser that were not present in the certified version may require the use of an alternate browser until some future, scheduled OTM release, when OTM can once again certify against the latest Chrome browser version.

    - Cortona is not part of the Oracle Transportation and Global Trade Cloud Install.
  • Adobe SVG 3.0.3
    - Adobe SVG Viewer is not part of the Oracle Transportation and Global Trade Cloud install. It is required in order to view Location Capacity graphs.
  • Apple Safari 5.1 (Mobile)
    - Only OTM Mobile Applications are supported on Mobile devices.
  • Android 4.2 (Mobile)
    - Only OTM Mobile Applications are supported on Mobile devices.
 
 

Android Device Support

Oracle is pleased to provide Android device support where noted. However, due to the vast variety of screen resolutions, user interface element specification and pixel density (DPI), Oracle recommends you test your Android devices as being functional with Oracle Mobile Applications prior to committing to their use. In some cases, devices may exhibit issues rendering aspects of our native mobile applications. Advise Oracle of any issues you have rendering on your Android Device and we will be pleased to review the device profile for possible inclusion in a future release.
