Hamidou Dia is the Chief Architect of the North America Technology and Public Sector Sales Organization. He leads a team of highly specialized Enterprise Architects and Consulting Services professionals within the North America Technology Sales and Public Sector Organization.  His team of experienced Enterprise Architects, Strategists and Consultants collaborate with customers across North America to align IT to business or organizational strategies, consolidate IT systems to reduce costs, define strategic roadmaps for future growth, and implement highly optimized solutions.

Mr. Dia pioneered the Enterprise Architecture discipline and practice at Oracle, which is now a global Oracle methodology for enabling Oracle’s customers to optimize and modernize their IT environments.  Today, Mr. Dia brings strategic leadership and technical expertise to enable customers to transform their IT environments leveraging Cloud, Big Data, Social, Mobile and the Internet of Things.

Mr. Dia is a globally recognized Enterprise Architecture and Consulting Services leader who speaks in a range of conference forums, such as Gartner and Forrester Conferences, and at the Oracle Open World Enterprise Architecture Summit.

Prior to founding the Enterprise Architecture discipline and practice at Oracle, Mr. Dia held a number of other leadership positions at Oracle, focused primarily on leading large, complex, global technology project implementations. Earlier in his career, Mr. Dia was Chief Architect of a management consulting firm in Paris, France. He also held various technical architecture roles for industrial engineering and defense subcontractor firms, also in France.
