Account Management

The Oracle Social Partnerships team serves as ambassador to Oracle's SRM platform and acts as an expert consultant across the native social media landscape. The team consists of Oracle's most experienced customer-focused personnel with extensive marketing, social and technology experience. The Social Partnerships team is responsible for driving the overall engagement with our customers by providing a defined range of services.

Training and Onboarding

The Social Relationship Management Training team's primary function is to train customers on the features and functionality of the Oracle Social Relationship software, with the goal of helping customers to communicate their social messages effectively.

The SRM Training team brings a comprehensive understanding of the software and use case knowledge to facilitate client adoption of the platform, which includes guidance on social listening, fan engagement and interaction and outbound content creation.
