Oracle Wins 2011 STAR Award for Service Excellence

Oracle has been named the winner of the 2011 Technology Services Industry Association (TSIA) STAR Award for Excellence in Mission Critical Support—Hardware, which recognizes support organizations for providing support in mission-critical environments where system uptime is imperative.

Since 2002, the TSIA has presented Oracle with a total of 16 awards. In 2010 Oracle received the Award for Excellence in Complex Application Support and was inducted into the STAR Awards Hall of Fame for a record-setting third time. This recognition is awarded to a select group of companies that have won 15 STAR Awards since the program inception in 1990.
