After listening to the presentations there will be a live Q&A session. Following these web conferences there will be a 1 day marketing workshop for those who have attended to further develop the skills of those with the responsibility for marketing (subject to demand). All materials will be uploaded to the OPN competency site for future reference together with a secondary set of ‘how to’ tactical sessions that will be made available via for additional support and guidance.
