Workshop Description

This FREE workshop is for technical consultants planning to do Oracle WebCenter Content (formerly ECM) installation, configuration and implementation. In this course, the participants will learn the basic concepts of WebCenter Content architecture and components that are included in the suite.

Prerequisites

This is a technical course involving software installation as well as use. This is a technical course involving software configuration as well as use. Participants will use the supplied VirtualBox VM and will need to understand both Oracle database and Linux.

Equipment Requirements

This workshop requires participants to provide their own laptop with Wireless network capability and must meet the following minimum hardware/software requirements:

Hardware

RAM: 4.0 GB Minimum
HDD: 40 GB free HDD space
Laptop must have Wireless capability
Attendees should bring an external mouse. Using a "normal" mouse will be much easier than using the built-in mouse on your laptop
