He leads a 300+ team who develop, deliver and provide post-implementation support for Vodafone Group online programmes. Paul has held a number of positions within Vodafone, highlights include: Head of IT Systems Delivery in India and Head of ERP Design & Delivery. Prior to joining Vodafone, Paul was Head of Operations for TerraLink Communications Ltd, where he recruited skilled personnel to be on customer sites for first and second line 24x7 repair in Bosnia, Kazakhstan, the Gulf, South America and Haiti. Paul has also served as a Telecommunication Engineering Manager within the British Army and holds a Master of Science in Data Communications from Brunel University.
